Return/Exchange Policy

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, Umro Fashion does not provide refunds, returns, or replacements for products once they have been sold. Orders placed on the website cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, Umro Fashion allows exchanges for a larger size (subject to availability and meeting the terms and conditions below). Customers are issued a credit note (after deducting shipping charges of ₹100) only when the desired size is not in stock.

Please note that plus sizes 3XL and 4XL are not eligible for return or exchange. Similarly, products purchased from the sale section or at a discounted price are also not eligible for return or size exchange.

If the product is not from the sale section and is eligible for a size exchange, you may contact us via email at [email protected] or DM us on Instagram within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

Once acknowledged by our team, please return the product to us at your own expense, as we do not offer reverse pickup services. Ensure to obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person indicating the number of products dispatched, along with their signature and mobile number. Umro Fashion will not be responsible for any lost shipments.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using traceable mail services for returns.

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with all labels and tags intact, in original packaging, and eligible for exchange will be accepted.

Please ensure to include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed. Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.

For size exchanges, customers are eligible to receive a bigger size equal to the amount of the exchanged product, minus the shipping/COD cost to and fro. Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product, minus the shipping/COD cost to and fro, will be issued with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit. The cost of shipping to and fro (reverse shipping as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.

Non-Acceptance of COD Orders

Customers who do not accept COD orders after shipment will not be able to place COD orders on our website in the future. In some genuine cases, we might not place the customer on the NO COD list.

International Orders

For international orders, there is no ‘Cancellation/Return/Exchange’ available. Please note that international orders may incur additional import charges by the foreign country’s government customs/relevant department. However, usually, there are no import charges for textiles.
