We work hard to provide Umro customers with top-notch products in the quickest amount of time. We will deliver the order to your door for free for all PREPAID transactions.Delivery Time
12 to 15 working days are the typical shipping period. Owing to other influences, this time frame may occasionally change. We do not cancel or refund orders if delivery is not completed within 12 to 15 working days. It is asked of customers to wait patiently for the package to be delivered. We strive to deliver every product as quickly as we can. Should the order be cancelled, misplaced, or not delivered, we will issue a refund.
Order value is determined after deducting any applicable discounts, VAT, GST, or other fees.
ESSENTIAL NOTICE
Customers are notified that we outsource the logistics of order parcel delivery to third-party courier providers. In the unavoidable and regrettable event that courier services decline a customer’s claim of incorrect or tampered delivery, or non-delivery of parcels, Umro will not be held responsible for any damages until consumers adhere to the following instructions.
The customer shall bear all obligation for contacting us and requesting tracking information, which is also specified on the tracking page. After one month of making the order, Umro will not be held responsible for any lost, misplaced, or damaged packages if the customer does not request tracking information and follows up with the order until it is delivered.

We do not accept the package’s rejection of receipt if OTP verifies that it was delivered. The choice made by Umro must be accepted by the customers.
The consumer must decline to accept a parcel from the courier if it is received in tampered condition.
The consumer should videotape the act of opening the package even if it is undamaged as evidence in the event of an unanticipated and regrettable situation when things are missing or incorrectly delivered.
Within 48 hours of getting the delivery notification, the customer must bring up any issues if they refuse to accept the package even though the courier firm indicates it has been delivered. Proof of Delivery (POD), upon receipt from the courier firm, will be shared by Umro with the customer. Even after sharing the POD, Umro can only help the consumer bring up the issue with the relevant courier company if they refuse to acknowledge the shared POD’s authenticity. POD won’t be provided for OTP-verified deliveries.
